QTS's Suwanee 1 page, in its version modified on 2 October 2026, states that 'QTS's Suwanee, Georgia data center campus is home to some of our largest customers with 100+ MW current planned critical campus capacity in the north suburbs of Atlanta', lists 50+ MW critical campus capacity, a dedicated on-site substation, customer amenities and the QTS Operations Support Center, and maps DC1 at 300 Satellite Blvd NW and DC2 at 120 Satellite Blvd NW. QTS's Fayetteville page (version of 19 August 2026) says QTS operates the Suwanee campus, 'since 2005'. This records the campus as operating on 2 October 2026, the modification day of the captured Suwanee version (bounded by the Internet Archive copy of 21 September 2026 and the live capture of 23 October 2026); it is not an opening date. Which halls or buildings are in service is not stated separately, and the capacities are campus figures, not load in service. evidence

It locates the two-parcel campus carrying QTS's DC1 and DC2, not either building footprint, an entrance or a surveyed boundary. QTS states a 53-acre campus, larger than these two parcels: an adjoining 15.37-acre parcel, PIN 7169 197 (3224 Wanstead Park Dr, property class 300 Commercial Vacant Land, owner Quality Investment Properties Gateway LLC, a QTS-named organisation), shares a boundary with the union; it is classed as vacant land and is not part of this locator.
