The council decision has not been published, and no building permit, site work, construction, completion or operation of the complex is asserted. An earlier building on the same land (TDLR RED1A, registered May 2025) and the October 2026 RED2A registration are context only; neither is given a status here. evidence

- Centroid of the union of the five Ellis County parcels named in zoning case ZC26-15 (Property IDs 309733, 309734 and 309735, Lots 1-3 Block A Alamo Mission, owned by Alamo Mission LLC; 309737, Lot 4 Block A Alamo Mission, and 191222, a J. Spoon survey tract, owned by the Red Oak Industrial Development Corporation), from the TxGIO parcel service: one contiguous polygon of 186.6 geodesic acres, about 1.23 by 0.96 km. The point falls inside Lot 2 (309734) and locates the development-plan area, not any building, the registered 330 N. Austin Blvd. address or a surveyed boundary.
- Horizontal uncertainty
Not reported
Appraisal-district parcels carry no published positional accuracy; the centroid represents a 187-acre development-plan area about 1.2 km across whose buildings are not separately located.

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
