| Grid | APS service planned; Tract said it was working with the utility on infrastructure for up to 1.8 GW. In September 2026 APS said it had made no commitments to serve additional data centers since January 2024 because of grid constraints; the article does not mention this park. | Arizona's Family (KTVK/KPHO); Construction Review Online; KJZZ |
The Construction Review article was first published on 8 August 2024 and updated on 15 June 2026; its statement that the park entered engineering and horizontal infrastructure preparation comes from that update, so status_as_of uses the update date. Status stays at announced because no data center building is reported under construction. Whether Tract holds an APS service commitment predating the utility's January 2024 cutoff was not found.
