Kasi Cloud LOS campus (Lekki, Lagos)
Partially operational
Nigeria · 1 project · Last reported
Summary
Hyperscale, AI-ready data centre campus of Kasi Cloud on about 4 hectares in the Maiyegun area of Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, along the Lagos-Calabar coastal highway. Kasi broke ground in April 2022 on the USD 250 million project and major construction began in the second quarter of 2023. A May 2026 press report says Kasi commissioned the first phase, a 5.5 MW data hall and a 7.5 MW shared ecosystem floor in LOS1, the first of four planned buildings, although Kasi's own website still listed the campus as coming soon in October 2026. LOS1 has four floors of up to 8 MW of critical load each, and a dedicated 132 kV substation can scale the campus to about 100 MW of IT load.

Sources conflict on whether the campus is in service. Brand Spur (19 May 2026) reports that Kasi commissioned the first phase of LOS1, ThisDay (18 May 2026) only said the launch was due the next day, and Kasi's own website still listed the LOS campus (LOS1 and LOS5) under coming soon when read on 2026-10-09. The partially operational status therefore rests on a single press report. ThisDay's publication date comes from its URL. The 5.5 MW and 7.5 MW first-phase figures are kept separate and not added together.
