DataBank's ATL1 page, in its version modified on 26 September 2026, gives "Midtown Atlanta Data Center (ATL1) 760 W Peachtree St NW - Atlanta, GA 30308", says ATL1 is part of the CODA development in Georgia Tech's Technology Square and that "this data center host's the university's High-Performance Computing Center as well as the Southern Crossroads", and lists 38,260 IT square feet, 7.1MW critical IT load, 8 onsite carriers, colocation and cloud platforms, a 100% uptime SLA and 7x24x365 operations. DataBank's Atlanta market page (30 September 2026) lists ATL1 among its six Atlanta data centers. This records existing operation of DataBank's commercial colocation facility on 26 September 2026, the modification day of the operator's page version (bounded by the Internet Archive copy of 13 June 2026 and the live capture of 27 October 2026); it is not an opening date. The 26 September edit changed only the page title and form text, so the date is a publication-normalised operating observation. 7.1MW is critical IT load capacity, not load in use.
