Summary
Core Scientific high-density colocation campus at 1525 West 43rd Street South in Muskogee, Oklahoma, served by Oklahoma Gas & Electric. A 70 MW building designed for Nvidia GB300 systems is leased to CoreWeave and was billing by mid-July 2026, and a second building of about 82 MW, now leased to AMD, is under construction for delivery from the second half of 2027. In May 2026 Core Scientific announced plans to grow the campus to about 1.5 GW of gross power, about 1.0 GW leasable, on about 250 acres, and in August 2026 it closed the purchase of Polaris DS, which holds about 440 MW of in-service OG&E grid capacity.
