Nebius Vineland AI factory
AI data center in Vineland, New Jersey, designed, built, owned and operated by DataOne with Nebius as tenant owning the servers and GPUs, and Vineland-based Northeast Precast as builder. A May 2025 Nebius filing describes a phased development scalable up to 300 MW, with construction begun in early 2025. Nebius named the site in its September 2025 agreement to supply Microsoft with dedicated GPU capacity, valued at about 17.4 billion US dollars through 2031. Power is to come from on-site, off-grid Bloom Energy fuel cells. Nebius's project page says construction is ongoing and the AI factory is expected to be operational by 2027.
