Summary
DataBank Orangeburg LGA3 — existing data-centre operations
DataBank's blog post of 23 October 2026 says that 'employees from our nearby LGA3 data center' staffed its Pearl River Day booth, that employees 'from our data center operations, construction, and sales teams' took part, and that the booth let 'our employees ... get to know the people who live and work around LGA3'. It ends 'As DataBank continues its work in Orangeburg'. These present-tense operator statements describe LGA3 as a staffed, operating DataBank data center on 23 October 2026, so the record's operational observation of 10 August 2026 is refreshed with this newer observation of the same status. The post gives no capacity or occupancy and says nothing about LGA4, which is added separately as announced. It is not an opening or inspection date. evidence

DataBank Orangeburg LGA4 (Orangeburg Phase Two) — proposed second data center on the campus
DataBank's news item of 1 September 2026 describes 'DataBank's existing facility and proposed expansion in Orangeburg' and 'DataBank's 45-megawatt Orangeburg campus project'. It says the Town of Orangetown exempted the DataBank project from its new moratorium 'because it is already in the approval process'. That is a dated operator disclosure of the proposed expansion while it is under review. DataBank's campus and LGA4 pages identify the expansion as LGA4, the campus's planned second data center: 55,000 sq ft of data center space and 10 MW of critical power by design. The DEC's sitemap lists a Town of Orangetown SEQR notice titled 'DataBank Orangeburg Phase Two' in the Environmental Notice Bulletin of 2 September 2026, and DataBank's 10 August 2026 news item (existing evidence f87752e1) says the expansion was undergoing a full environmental impact study before it could go to the Orangetown Planning Board. No Planning Board approval, permit or construction is established, so the status is announced as of 1 September 2026. The 45 MW is a campus power figure, not IT load. The 10 MW is a planned design figure. evidence

DataBank Orangeburg LGA4 (Orangeburg Phase Two) — proposed second data center on the campus
Announced last observed as of · Project announcement
DataBank's LGA4 page gives the address 2000 Corporate Dr., Orangeburg, NY 10962. It says 'DataBank's LGA4 data center will be our second facility on our Orangeburg, NY Campus. This site has 55,000 s.f. of total data center space, and is DataBank's fourth in metro New York City. It provides 10 MW of critical power.' The specification block (55,000 IT square feet, 10 MW critical IT load, N+1 power and cooling, 35 kW+ air and 100 kW+ liquid cabinet density) is the planned design. Page 8 of the DEC's public XML sitemap lists the Environmental Notice Bulletin page https://dec.ny.gov/news/environmental-notice-bulletin/2026-09-02/seqr/town-of-orangetown-databank-orangeburg-phase-two, with lastmod 2026-09-02T17:40:51-04:00. This shows that the 2 September 2026 bulletin carried a SEQR (State Environmental Quality Review) notice from the Town of Orangetown for a project titled 'DataBank Orangeburg Phase Two'. The notice page itself returned an HTTP 403 Cloudflare challenge and was not read, so the notice type (for example a positive declaration or scoping notice) and its content are not used. evidence

- Planar centroid (computed in UTM 18N) of Rockland County tax parcel 73.15-1-19 in the Town of Orangetown, as published in the NYS public tax-parcel layer (33.41 calculated acres, about 449 by 641 m), the only parcel at 2000 Corporate Dr. It locates DataBank's 34-acre Orangeburg campus property, which holds LGA3 and the planned LGA4, not the LGA3 building footprint or a surveyed boundary.
- Horizontal uncertainty
Not reported
The state layer incorporates county parcel geometry as received and publishes no positional accuracy; the centroid represents a 33-acre parcel about 449 by 641 m, and the position of LGA3 within it is not published.

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
