CIDC’s Ulanqab Zero-Carbon Computing Base is an operating commercial data-centre campus in the Bayin area of Chahar High-Tech Zone. In a 17 October 2026 report, operations head Li Chunxiao confirmed that its computing resources had supported training of several large models.
