The county draws the units as two stacked schematic rectangles, about 21 by 47 m in all (935 m2), inside an otherwise unparcelled lot of about 4.1 acres enclosed by Huntington Park Replat 5 and neighbouring parcels. It locates the data-centre condominium building property, not TierPoint's suite.
