Derivation: direct_geometry
Precision scope: Centroid returned by the Umatilla County tax-lot service for tax lot 5N28130000200 (31266 Wanapa Rd, 55.7 stated acres, about 590 by 430 m), owned by SDC Umatilla I LLC. It locates the campus property, not a building, a surveyed campus boundary or the current works extent.
Horizontal uncertainty: Not reported
The county service publishes no positional accuracy for tax lots; the centroid represents a property of roughly 590 by 430 m.
Geometry evidence: db79ad71

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
