Princeton Digital Group broke ground in November 2025 on JC3, a USD 1 billion, 120 MW AI-ready hyperscale campus in the Greenland International Industrial Center in Bekasi Regency, Greater Jakarta, about 25 km from its JC2 campus in Cibitung. The campus offers direct-to-chip liquid cooling alongside conventional cooling and dual grid feeds from state utility PLN, with a first phase targeted to be ready for service in the fourth quarter of 2026.
