Hut 8 River Bend AI data center campus
AI data center campus under construction by Hut 8 in West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. Phase I is leased to Fluidstack for 245 MW of critical IT load under a 15-year lease valued at $7.0 billion, with Google backstopping the lease obligations; Hut 8 announced a partnership with Anthropic and Fluidstack the same day, and news reports say the capacity is for Anthropic.
