Meta Richland Parish data center (Hyperion)
Meta campus on the former Franklin Farm megasite in Richland Parish, northeast Louisiana, built to house Hyperion, which Meta calls its largest AI cluster. Announced in December 2024 as a USD 10 billion project, it was placed in late 2025 in a joint venture 80% owned by Blue Owl-managed funds and expanded in July 2026 to a planned 5 GW of IT capacity and more than USD 50 billion of investment. Entergy Louisiana is adding gas-fired generation, batteries and transmission upgrades to serve the site under a 20-year agreement. Construction began in December 2024, and officials expect full build-out around 2036.

- The returned point lies in the northern component of the named three-component campus relation. It represents the overall operator-described campus, not a particular first building, Phase 2 construction, or Laidley/Evest legal parcel. No survey, exact building centroid, active construction footprint or bounded numerical accuracy is claimed.

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
