EdgeCore Mesa data center campus
Partially operational
United States · 1 project · Last reported
Summary
Wholesale hyperscale data center campus that EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure established in Mesa, Arizona, in April 2023, with power from Salt River Project. Its first building, PH01, was operating by 2025 while PH02 and PH03 were under construction for completion in 2025 and 2026. In May 2025 EdgeCore bought another 43.87 acres, more than doubling its buildable land in Mesa, and raised planned capacity to over 450 MW. EdgeCore's campus page now describes an 84-acre, five-building campus able to support 496 MW of critical IT load in about 2.7 million square feet.

Status rests on the May 2025 release; no 2026 source confirming whether PH02 and PH03 were finished was found. EdgeCore's campus page is undated and does not give per-building status, so its figures carry the access date. The May 2025 release also said 206 MW had been built and commissioned on the original Mesa land while two buildings were still under construction; that figure is left out of the metrics because it is unclear what share was operating.
